Spark Facilitators are ASU individuals that are trained in The ASU Spark Method™. Spark Facilitators have a deep understanding of the Spark Method and can facilitate discussion for a variety of topics that range from process improvement, problem statement, opportunity, idea, strategic planning, goal setting, etc. Spark Facilitators are able to quickly move teams from merely discussing a problem to implementing an action plan of ideas crowd-sourced from the team’s collective wisdom.
The ASU Spark Method™ for-credit Facilitator Certification is a synchronous 1-credit course at Arizona State University (ASU) designed to train and certify new Spark Facilitators. ASU. In addition to gaining valuable technical and professional skills, ASU undergradaute & graduate students, staff and faculty will get a deep understanding of the Spark Method and the tools to facilitate discussion for a variety of topics that range from process improvement to strategic planning and goal setting. The certification course is being offered for Spring 2022 as GRD 598 and UNI 494 and will meet synchonosly on Tuesday from 4pm-6pm.
