Spark Facilitators
Spark Facilitators are trained ASU individuals who have a deep understanding of the ASU Spark Method and can facilitate discussion for various topics, including:
- Creating ideas, new programs, products and services.
- Problem solving.
- Process improvement.
- Setting goals.
- Strategic planning, and more.
Spark Facilitators can quickly move teams from merely discussing a problem to implementing an action plan of ideas crowd-sourced from the team’s collective knowledge.

The Organizational Performance Office is proud to offer resources to Spark Facilitators.
Please email the Organizational Performance Office to request a mural guide, Spark guide, or checklist or for any questions.
